The Young Chef Movement is an initiative by Amir Solay, Head of Wine & Beverage at Unlisted Collection, with aims to promote camaraderie within the local Food & Beverage scene by fostering bonds between chefs for each collaboration. By showcasing talent, skills and knowledge of young & rising chefs under 30 years old, the Young Chef Movement objectives are to groom and nurture the talented chefs of today.
Indulge in the sweeter things in life as Chef Fahmy and Charis bring you through a 3-course dessert degustation to delight your taste buds and senses. Starting off the journey is Citrus, a wonderful marriage of flavours from both local and imported citrus fruits, changing the misconception of the sourness and bitterness in citrus fruits. Milk ‘n’ Honey is reminiscent of the cup of warm milk before bed during our childhood, exuding feelings of warmth and comfort with two main ingredients, Hokkaido milk and Australian Honey. Chocolate, promises a sweet ending to the degustation. A rich and indulgent number using 66% dark chocolate, paired with unconventional ingredients such as avocado and Anejo Tequila cherries.
